TRX Yoga is a posture and movement practice that leverages the TRX suspension trainer for support and resistance during a full body workout.  With the perfect blend of intensity and restoration you can experience this practice for yourself. This 45-minute class will combine elements of the TRX Yoga Signature flow with intensity “Sweat” circuits from TRX Fitness exercise movement catalog. You do not need to bring your own suspension trainer to practice this class.
