A 90-minute movement class composed of the Ashtanga primary series sequence. The class begins with a sun salutations warm-up, followed by a series of standing and balance postures, then seated and supine postures. Each posture is traditionally held for five breaths. All levels of practitioners can benefit from practicing this energetic and challenging style of Yoga.
