A blend between Vinyasa and Restorative, this class begins with breath work, then some seated postures, followed by a brief standing practice before transitioning back to restorative postures. Perfect for beginners and great for anyone looking for a gentle Yoga practice. This class emphasizes self care, coming into our breath and quieting the mind as we find calm in the asana practice.
