This is a virtual class available for you to participate safely and privately in your own home or anywhere via the MY YOGA Community Center virtual studio.
This 60-minute class is a discussion-based class facilitated by a Yoga instructor and centered around the philosophical fundamentals of Yoga and application of Yogic precepts and principles in daily life. Each class begins with a short settling and focusing meditation, followed by a presentation about a Yoga philosophy topic, and then a discussion focused on reflection and integration of the topic into daily life.
