TRX Fitness Express is a 45-minute body-weight resistance movement practice that leverages the TRX suspension trainer for support and resistance to perform a full body workout beginning from the core and working outward. This 45-minute class begins with warm-up exercises and then a circuit of exercises from the TRX Fitness program.
You do not need to bring your own suspension trainer to practice this class. Please wear athletic clothing and bring water for this class. Studio mats are available or you can bring your own.
