A 75-minute class of vigorous movement in the Vinyasa tradition practiced in a sequence flowing from one posture to the next with extended holds in the edge range of motion and challenging variations of multiple postures. The purpose of this challenging flow is to cultivate strength, stamina, and tapas (heat) in the body. Each class begins with warm up movements then transitions to challenging flows including standing balances, stretches backbends. Students should be prepared for continuous challenging movement throughout the practice.
