BUTI Deep (™) (60 Min) - This 60-Minute BUTI Deep class experience slows down the pace of an ordinary BUTI class to create a multidimensional restorative practice including slower Spiral Structure Technique (™) and healing self-touch to connect your mind and body through the integrative fascial tissue in the body. The result is deep innervation and self-connection and a reset to the nervous system.
