This is a 60-minute movement class practicing yoga postures and supporting movements with the assistance of a chair. This class is suitable for all bodies, including aging and injured bodies or for those who don't practice Yoga standing or on a floor mat only. This class will include both seated and modified standing postures that are adapted with the use of supporting props and a padded metal folding chair. Participants can expect a gentle to moderate full-body exercise practice. Chairs and props are provided for this class. Please register in advance so that enough props are prepared and class can begin on time.
