This 60-minute class blends repetitive dance movements, flowing yoga asana and movements, and strength exercises to create a cardio-based workout. The rhythm of the chose music drives the pace of the class, each song containing a different movement set or flow to move to. You do not have to have any prior dance experience, just a willingness to move to the beat and let loose!
Please bring a mat and water for this class, you do not need any special footwear for this class. Studio mats are available for use if you need.
