A 90-minute class practicing the 26 postures and 2 breathing practices based on the postures and traditions of the heated yoga and Ghosh lineage. The sequence is practiced twice during the hour to allow the opportunity for improvement in balance, strength, and flexibility in each posture. The class is conducted in a heated studio. Morning classes reach a temperature in the mid-80s and afternoon classes reach a little warmer. Please bring a towel and a water bottle to your HOT-26 Yoga practice.
