This is a heated version of the 60-Minute Vinyasa Flow offered at MYCC. We heat the room between 90-95 degrees and add humidity to create an experience that releases muscles and provides greater ease of movement, as well as stimulating cardiovascular activity and sweat.
A 60-minute movement class in the Vinyasa tradition composed of movement and postures practiced in sequence flowing from one posture to the next. Each class begins with warm up movements and includes both standing and seated postures and some balancing postures as well, followed by cool down and rest or meditation activities. All levels of practitioners can benefit from practicing this flowing style of Yoga.
