Warm up your morning with a heated 45-minute express length vinyasa class. This class focuses on warming up the body with flowing movements and postures, stretching the muscles in a warm room (85-90 degrees temp). Each class will end with a restorative pose to stimulate the immune system (much welcome during the cold and flu season). Bring water with you and a towel to cover your mat with, if desired.
This class will be heated to a temperature of 85-90 degrees temp (warm heated class). Please make sure you are aware of the risks of practicing heated yoga.
