Part of our Special 101 Workshop Series: Breath 101
During this workshop you will learn about the anatomy and physiology of breath through a discussion and experiential learning practice. You will learn the traditional roots of pranayama (breath control) practice and practice several different breath practices during this workshop. Also learn how to employ breath techniques as part of your yoga movement practice.
No breath work experience or yoga movement experience is necessary to participate in this workshop. As long as you can breathe you can benefit from participating.
