Part of our Special 101 Workshop Series: Meditation 101
During this workshop you will learn about the yoga practice of Dhyana (meditation) from a traditional standpoint, and from a modern scientific standpoint, in a practice hands-on way. Explore various style of meditation in a safe and comfortable learning environment, and learn some strategies for beginning your own meditation practice.
No yoga or meditation experience is necessary to participate in this workshop. As long as you have a mind you can benefit from participating.
