This is a 90-minute yoga class beginning with 45 minutes of power vinyasa flow to promote strength and mobilize and prime body tissues, followed by 45 minutes of long-held stretches to promote mobility and relaxation. This class offers a unique pairing of yin and yang to find the balance between power and rest, all in one class session.
