This is a heated "flow" style class, combined with strength conditioning movements. We heat the room between 90-95 degrees and add humidity to create an experience that releases muscles and provides greater ease of movement, as well as stimulating cardiovascular activity and sweat.
Each class begins with warm up movements and then evolves into standing and balance postures and some repetitive or resistance movements for total body conditioning. The class ends with cool down and self-regulation activities. All levels of practitioners can benefit from practicing this movement practice.
