Tap into your most energized and passionate self to the sound of bass drums, electric guitar and epic vocals. In this experience, you can move, shake, scream and freestyle as you connect to your most energetic self. Bring water and a mat (or borrow one of ours) and prepare yourself however feels most fitting for an hour of charged movement.
