This is a longer-format 75-minute Mat Pilates workshop designed to focus on specific skills featured each time and allow time for progress and exploring a deeper mind-body connection, while leaving time for individual feedback from the pilates instructor.

Mat Pilates is a low-impact workout which offers a comprehensive approach to fitness. It emphasizes controlled movements, breath control, and mindfulness, making it accessible to all fitness levels. It is ideal for beginners and for those seeking to enhance their physical health without excessive strain. Some props like exercise balls, Pilates Rings, and resistance bands may be incorporated. Enjoy the benefits of improving Core Strength, Flexibility, Postural Alignment and developing a Mind-Body Connection. No equipment is needed other than a mat (or borrow a studio mat) and comfortable clothing for movement.
