This is a 60-minute class for school-age young people in graded K-5. Each hour will be filled with activities for social connection (group games and teamwork), movement (yoga), mindfulness (self-regulation and attention), aimed at living well, health and fitness. Each class will be supervised by two trained adult yoga teachers. Youth can bring their own mats or borrow studio mats for this class.
