Step into a full day of movement, mindfulness, and renewal with our Pilates Immersion Day Retreat - a carefully curated experience designed to energize your body, deepen your practice, and leave you feeling strong, balanced, and restored.

This immersive journey guides you through four distinct Pilates classes, each building on the last to create a complete and holistic experience. From an energizing morning boost to mindful flexibility and stress release, you’ll explore strength, alignment, breath, and body awareness in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Throughout the day, you’ll be nourished with fresh, scratch-made meals from Warfuel Kitchen, known for their wholesome, performance-focused cuisine designed to fuel your body and sustain your energy.

Whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, this retreat offers the perfect blend of challenge, restoration, and community connection.

Below is a full itinerary of the Day Retreat and the descriptions for each class:

8:30 – 9:00 AM - Arrival & Check-In
  • Light refreshments (tea, infused water)
  • Settle in, meet fellow participants
9:00 – 10:00 AM - Class 1: A.M. Energy & Metabolism Boost
Starting the day with Pilates provides a sustainable energy lift compared to the burnout
sometimes felt after an intense cardio workout. The Pilates exercises in this morning class will boost energy and metabolism by increasing core strength and promoting sustained fat burning. An emphasis on deep breathing will improve oxygen circulation and clear mental fog.

10:00 – 10:30 AM - Breakfast Break (Warfuel Kitchen)
  • Light, energizing meal
  • Time to connect and reset
10:30 – 11:30 AM - Class 2: Pilates with Props
This class will incorporate props into traditional Pilates exercises. The Resistance Bands and Pilates Rings will be used to enhance mind-muscle connection while improving posture and increasing the intensity of the workout. The props will give guidance and feedback allowing a new way to explore Pilates.

11:30 AM – 12:00 PM - Break / Integration Time
  • Hydrate, rest, optional journaling
  • Casual community connection
12:00 – 1:00 PM - Class 3: Wall Pilates
Wall Pilates maintains the basic principles and concepts of Pilates while using the wall
for support and resistance. This class is gentle on the joints, yet highly effective in building strength. The wall acts as a guide for proper form, enhancing standard Pilates exercises to
improve posture and balance.

1:00 – 2:00 PM - Lunch Break (Warfuel Kitchen)
  • Nourishing, satisfying meal
  • Relaxation + social time
2:00 – 3:00 PM - Class 4: Flexibility & Stress Release
The Pilates exercises in this class will help to reduce stress and to increase overall flexibility. Focusing on the mindful exercises will serve as an active meditation to calm the mind. There will be a focus on spinal mobility and enhancing functional flexibility for daily life.

3:00 – 3:30 PM - Closing Circle & Integration
  • Gentle reflection
  • Optional sharing + community connection
