This 60 minute class is a gentle to moderate flow that invites you to withdraw from your frenetic daily life and step into a safe space, where you can intentionally connect with yourself and fellow community members. Beginning with a short reflection and intention setting, participants will be led through a physical sequence that asks you to explore your intention, focus on what brings you joy, peace and balance, and also consider how you can foster more of these in yourself and radiate them outward towards others. Each class is accompanied by lo-fi music, meant to enhance your journey on your physical mat and in your mind. It is recommended to bring water, chit chat to your level of comfort, and take nothing too seriously.
