During this session, we'll explore the structure, curriculum, philosophy, and experience of the training program, including what you can expect as a student, the time commitment involved, and how the training supports both aspiring teachers and dedicated practitioners. Whether your goal is to teach, enrich your personal practice, or immerse yourself in the study of yoga, this is an opportunity to learn more and have your questions answered in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Following the presentation, we'll gather for a community luncheon where you can meet the lead trainer, connect with past graduates, and continue conversations in a relaxed setting.
