This is a 60-minute Aerial Yoga Class, focused on using the aerial yoga hammock apparatus as support to practice in long holds that lengthen the body and stretch the spine and joints, as well as utilizing the natural calming and relaxation that comes in suspension. This class uses the hammock at low depths close to the floor and some practice will still take place on the mat. There will just not be any climbing or jumping to get into the aerial yoga hammock - simply take the opportunity to stretch slowly and deeply.
Wear close fitting clothing and bring a yoga mat, or you can borrow a studio mat while you're here.
