Kids Yoga Summer Camp

SERIES OF CLASSES

This is a five day series of yoga and summer fun for young people ages 5-12. Each day will be filled with activities directed towards movement (yoga), mindfulness (self-regulation and attention), personal expression (arts and crafts), health (fitness and snacks) and social connection (group games and teamwork). 

Drop-off daily is at 8:00 am and pickup is at 12:00 pm. Young people must be signed in and out each day by an adult each day. On the last day will be a yoga demonstration for family and friends to observe at 11:45 pm. 

The daily schedule will be:

8:00 - Gathering and games

8:30 - Movement practices (yoga)

9:00 - Snack

9:20 - Arts and crafts

10:20 - Nature & Sensory Exploration

10:50 - Yoga demonstration rehearsal

11:20 - Group & Team Games

11:45 - Play & Pickup

The fee for this class is $100 and covers all the costs for the camp, staff, snacks and craft supplies.
