This is a series of 2-hour workshops (October 4 & 18, November 1 & 15) for you to explore your subtle energetic body and chakra energy centers through a combination of movement, breathwork and subtle body experience. Work with a seasoned energy worker, yoga teacher, and healer to investigate your deeper, subtler self. 

During this workshop you will not only get education about the chakras energy centers, but you will be guided through an embodied self-exploration in a caring and welcoming setting. Bring a mat and water, or borrow one of ours during this practice.

The ticket fee for each workshop in this series is $30 individually, or you can purchase the entire series of workshops for $80
