Reiki Level 2 builds on the foundations learned in Level 1 and is designed for practitioners who are ready to deepen their relationship with Reiki and expand how they work with energy. This training is held over two half-day sessions, combining teaching, discussion, and hands-on experience to help you practice with greater confidence and intention.

Day 1 – Symbols, Techniques, and Expanded Understanding

During the first half-day, we’ll explore the next level of Reiki practice, including the introduction to traditional Reiki symbols and mantras. You’ll learn how these tools can help focus intention, support emotional and mental healing, and offer Reiki across distance. We’ll discuss how Reiki sessions can evolve at Level 2, professional considerations, and ways to strengthen intuition and energetic awareness. 

Day 2 – Practice and Application

The second half-day focuses on integrating the Level 2 teachings through guided practice. Participants will receive the Level 2 attunement during this session. You’ll work with the Reiki symbols in partner sessions, practice sending distance Reiki, and explore techniques for supporting emotional and mental balance. This session is designed to help you become comfortable applying these new tools while receiving feedback and support.

By the end of this training, you will feel more confident using Reiki intentionally and may choose to begin offering sessions to others in a professional setting if you feel called.
