Combine stretching, strength conditioning, and cardio in this 60-minute fusion class that blends high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with yoga postures and movements to bring your body into post-exertion bliss! This class begins with HIIT drill exercises with 20-30 second work intervals and short periods of rest in between and transitions into a flow style movement class, finishing with a peak pose challenge. During the class, movement will focus on keeping the heart rate elevated for cardio exercise and muscle conditioning. The activity tapers by the end to transition into ease and rest. Bring a mat and water to this class, and a sweat towel if you prefer to use your own. This class is most suitable for those who are comfortable transitioning from the floor to standing fluidly and appreciate a vigorous exercise practice.
