Yoga Therapy Appointments

We all deserve to live at ease and free from suffering in our mind-body being. Sattva Yoga Therapy is a new offering at MY YOGA Community Center that applies the practices of yoga to contribute to the overall well-being of our community clients. We now offer one-on-one yoga sessions by appointment at our treatment room in our home studio at 4641 S Highway 92 in Sierra Vista, AZ. These sessions are personalized for you and your health and well-being needs.

Justin Westbrook is a yoga therapist, completing training and an M.S. in Yoga Therapy at the Maryland University of Integrative Health in 2024. He has been a resident of Sierra Vista since 2014 and has been teaching yoga with a therapeutic approach since 2021. Yoga has contributed greatly to his well-being and he looks forward to sharing the blessings of yoga for healing with you in our yoga therapy sessions.
