This is a 2-hour workshop based on the work of Jill Miller and her Roll Model Method and using Tune-Up Fitness tools, is designed to empower you to use movement and therapeutic tools to provide self-care for the body, energetic body, and mind. Through exploration and guided movement with a variety of specialty tools, you can create ease in the body through the manipulation and release of superficial and deep body tissues. The benefits of this practice are: 

  • Relief of aches and pains (overuse, underuse, misuse)
  • Enhanced breathing function
  • Increased mobility and energy level
  • Reduced stress
  • Improved Posture and Performance
This workshop will take you through a variety of signature roll outs inspired by the Roll Model Method techniques. Tools will be provided for use during the workshop, and will be available for purchase after the workshop. Participants of the workshop will also get access to a 20% discount on all tools and props available for sale at MYCC on the day of the workshop.
