This 60-minute adaptive and accessible yoga class is designed to make yoga asana (posture) accessible and deeply understood through the practice of individual elements of the pose and constructing the postures slowly, truly growing a posture up from it's roots. The approach is learning the function of the pose or movement through embodied practice, one step at a time before putting it all together. During the class, you will continue to use breath and movement to create functional benefit in the body.
