A 60-minute session of intentional release and relaxation. This restorative Yoga class uses postures supported with props and guided instruction to facilitate physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Each posture may be held for an extended period of time, even more than 10 minutes. The goal of this class is to relax the physical body, stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system and bring balance to support healing, rest, digestion and immunity.
