Yoga Therapy Session (60-90 Minutes)

This is a reservation for a one-on-one yoga therapy mini-session with Sattva Yoga Therapy at MY YOGA Community Center. 

During the session, you will receive personalized assessment and treatment from a yoga therapist, along with a home plan of care following the appointment for your support and future needs.

Initial intake sessions last 90 minutes

Follow up sessions last 60 minutes

Please reach out at least 24 hours before the session to cancel. Cancelations within 24 hours will not be refunded.
