Special Event: Rejuvenating Yoga Nidra and Sound Immersion Experience

This event is a 90-minute relaxation and rejuvenation experience combining the restful and restorative practice of yoga nidra (deep yogic rest) with an immersion in sound played by a skilled sound practitioner bringing the mind-body being into resonance with rejuvenating tones and frequencies. During this event, you will be guided through several practices to calm your mind-body being from the outermost layers to the most subtle inward layers, bringing the whole being into total relaxation. Once settled, you will experience an immersion in sound performed by a sound healing facilitator. Light refreshments will be served at the end of the event after you bring your body back to wakeful awareness. 

The fee for this event is $30. Bring your own mat or borrow a studio mat for this practice. All other props and equipment will be provided at the event.
