Kids Aerial Yoga (60 Min)

This is a 60-minute aerial yoga class for school-age young people. During this class, kids will move with the aerial hammock apparatus to feel how it can support and resist the body's movement to provide a supported stretching and posture experience. They will also practice aerial yoga postures including suspended and inverted postures, supported by the aerial yoga hammock. Each class will be supervised by two trained adult yoga teachers.

Wear close fitting clothing and bring a yoga mat, or you can borrow a studio mat while you're here. Youth can bring their own mats or borrow studio mats for this class.
